"Brad" is a temp worker at the offices of the National Restaurant Association in Chicago. He came forward at the Occupy Chicago encampment at 3 a.m. and wanted to record his first person account of a corporate/government plan in California. All food handlers are now required to pay (an NRA company) for certification for the privilege to work for $$billion restaurant and fast food chains.

This one hour course and test (seat times may vary) covers all of the required topics such as proper times and temperatures for cooking and storing food, personal hygiene, equipment sanitation and much more.
